- Limitation of Liability: eTesLa Technologies is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platforms, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, service drops, or hardware supply variations.
- Privacy Policy & Personal Data Processing Policy (GDPR Compliant)
We process personal metrics (including data handled through plugins like Forminator PRO, Ultimate Member, and MailPoet, etc) to provide and improve our e-commerce and automated hosting services under strict European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.
- Data Collection: We collect user-provided details (such as names, physical billing addresses, delivery destinations, email handles, and phone numbers during registration/orders) and automated technical data (IP addresses, user agent strings, and network connection timestamps).
- User Age Limit Clause: Our platforms and digital tools are intended exclusively for users who are at least 16 years of age. We do not knowingly process data logs from minors.
- Payment Security: We store no raw credit card strings or financial secrets on our drives. All transaction payloads are managed externally via secure payment processing portals (PayPal, Stripe, Square, Revolut, Viva, Sumup).
- Data Retention & Sharing: Active user profiles are kept securely until an explicit account deletion request is made. Data collected via contact forms, polls, and quizzes (Forminator PRO) is retained for 30 days for customer service purposes before being purged. Transactional e-commerce records are archived to meet mandatory local tax and financial accounting requirements under Greek law. Data sharing with external third parties (like payment gateways or shipping carriers) is strictly limited to the minimum data required to execute services.
- User Rights: Under the GDPR framework, you have the right to request a full electronic export copy of your data parameters, make structural modifications, or trigger permanent data deletion requests (“The Right to be Forgotten”). Suspected platform data breaches will be reported directly to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) within 72 hours of verification.
- Tracking Cookie Policy Disclosure
Our platform deploys functional cookies to maintain core storefront features. These tracking packages contain no personal metrics, expire automatically, and can be managed via your browser settings.
- woocommerce_cart_hash / woocommerce_items_in_cart: Session cookies that map out your specific selections so the shopping cart doesn’t lose your chosen products during checkout layers.
- mailpoet_page_view: Extends up to 3,650 days to log the last time a subscriber viewed a page to optimize email engagement.
- mailpoet_revenue_tracking: Lasts 14 days to match email newsletter click-throughs with subsequent purchases in your WooCommerce store.
- WHMCS-User-Auth: A session cookie that verifies your authentication status as you manage active services inside your client area panel.
- Note: Restricting cookies via browser security settings will disrupt core system features, break the shopping cart flow, and log you out of active account workspaces.
- E-Commerce Refund & Return Policy (Physical Merchandise & Hardware)
- Eligibility Conditions: Our consumer hardware and device returns window lasts exactly 14 days from the date of final product delivery. To qualify for a return, items must remain completely unused, in the identical condition that you received them, and sealed inside their original factory box layout.
- Non-Returnable Items: Digital assets, downloadable software products, software license keys, activated virtual hosting setups (VPS, Shared, Dedicated, All hosting services), gift cards, and special promotional items marked as Sale Items are strictly non-refundable and exempt from exchanges.
- Exchanges & Return Shipping: We replace items exclusively if they arrive factory defective or broken. Please email support@etesla.gr to coordinate. Customers assume full operational and financial accountability for paying their own return shipping costs to our enterprise depot: 53 Dimitriou Misailidi, Keratsini, 18755, Piraeus, Attica, Greece. - Acceptable Content: You strictly agree never to use storage slices to host, sync, or transmit illegal data packages, copyright-infringing materials, or malicious software files.
- Storage Limits: Accounts are bound to the absolute disk allocation space limits set by your purchased billing plan. Once reached, file uploads will pause until space is cleared or the plan is scaled up.
